Suriname Tourist Card in Cayenne, French Guiana

After reading many posts about the Tourist Card, we didn't find if it was possible to get it in Cayenne (French Guiana) or only in Paramaribo Airport. Now we confirm it's available in the Suriname Consulate, in Cayenne. Here's all the info for overland travelers!
